Looking for a female tenant (no smoking, only woman) on newly furnished room on the first floor of a living unit only for 2 persons. The room is part of a newly built, 2018 house (with separate staircase and entrance to first floor). The house is very near to the public transportation (Station “Aspern Nord” U2, S-Bahn, Bus 95A).

Room details: 12m2, first floor (no elevator), 1 comfortable bed, 1 desk with chair, wardrobe, cupboard and roll cage.

Common areas (only for 2 persons) details: first floor, kitchen with cooking equipment, lobby and bathroom & WC with washing machine.

Your roommate is a student.

(Please notice:
- We are doing our garden / outdoor area, therefore the outdoor area is a construction area.
- Even our area is very safe and quiet, we have some cameras (video and sound recording) at the house outside entrance and at house inside (entrance hall on the ground floor) and at the garden area.

Transportation details: about 11 minutes walk from our house or 7 minutes by Bus 95A to the Subway station (U2) and S-Bahn station (S80, REX and R). The bus stop (95A) is about 3 minutes walk away from our house. You have free parking without parking fee on the street in front or nearby of our house.

From Airport to our house: take S7 train to the Station “Praterstern” and change the Metro U2 (direction: “Seestadt”), get off the station “Aspern Nord” then go out of the station (direction: “Mayredergasse”). On the street there is a Bus Station “95A” then take the bus 95A and after third station (about 3 minutes) get off the station “Podhagskygasse”. Walk about 2 minutes to our house.

We (WU Vienna-Graduate, Ex-Buddy WU-Exchange Students) are a "young" family and looking for a male tenant, which is friendly, quiet, tidy, clean, kind and no-smoking person.

Das Zimmer hat 1 Fenster und ist hell und ruhig. 1 Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kasten, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Rollcontainer sind vorhanden.

Mitbenutzung im 1. Stock Nord (nur für 2 Personen): Küche mit Essplatz, Induktionskochherd, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Besteck, Badezimmer + WC & Waschmaschine und Vorraum.
Derzeitige Mitbewohnerin studiert an der Uni-Wien.

Da Neubau, somit fast alles so gut wie neu und schön!

Das Haus liegt 11 Gehminuten oder 7 Minuten Bus-Fahrzeit (95A) von der UBahn-Station (U2)- und S-Bahn-Station (S80) “Aspern Nord”. Die 95A-Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor dem Haus.
