Schönes, gemütliches 20m² - Zimmer in Top Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer fantastischen Lage gleich um die Ecke von der Votivkirche und der Hauptuni und liegt sehr nah am Stadtzentrum. In 10 Gehminuten ist man im 1. Bezirk. Die U2-Station Schottentor erreicht man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten. Von dort fahren außerdem die Straßenbahnlinien D, 1, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 71 und die Buslinien 1A und 40A.
Gleich um die Ecke befinden sich ein Spar und ein Billa, ein Bipa sowie einige gute Take-Aways (z.B. unser Lieblings-Sushi-Lokal ;)). Außerdem ist der Billa am Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof, der auch am Sonntag offen hat, leicht mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen.
 Des weiteren ist man in 10 Minuten am Donaukanal, perfekt zum Laufen und Spazieren gehen. 
Im Haus leben zudem viele junge Menschen.


The flat is located in a fantastic area right around the corner of the Votivkirche and the university. Plus it is very close to the city center as the first district is within walking distance (about 10 minutes). The closest metro station is Schottentor which can be reached by foot within 5 minutes. From there you can take the U2, trams D, 1, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 71 and the busses 1A and 40A.
 Around the corner, there are grocery stores like Spar and Billa, the drug store Bipa as well as several nice take-aways (e.g. our favourite Sushi place ;)). Plus, there is a Billa at the station Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof which is also open on Sunday and can easily be reached by tram.
Furthermore, you can reach the Donau channel within 10 minutes by foot - perfect if you want to go for a run or a walk.
The house itself has many young residents.
 

Wir sind Lisa (29) und Alex (25), studieren Regie und Kultur-und Sozialanthropologie und sind sehr unternehmungslustig und viel unterwegs. Wenn es die Zeit zulässt, ist die Küche unser zentraler Treffpunkt für abendliche Pläusche. Es kann sich aber natürlich auch jeder jederzeit zurückziehen.
 Sauberkeit ist uns beiden ein großes Anliegen und wir würden es extrem feiern, wenn du auch so tickst.

Lisa arbeitet im Jahr an mehreren filmischen Projekten und ist deshalb phasenweise einmal mehr, einmal weniger zu Hause. Sie kann zwar nicht kochen, liebt aber gutes Essen und unterstützt die umliegenden Lokale daher tatkräftig. Wenn es die Zeit zulässt, powert sie sich Abends auch gerne beim Cross-Fit so richtig aus. Und Geschichten erzählen kann sie auch (falls es mal fad wird).

Alex ist gerade dabei ihr Studium abzuschließen und verreist sehr gerne. Ihre Passion gilt der Musik! Sie schreibt eigene Songs, singt leidenschaftlich gerne und spielt stümperhaft (aber mit Freude!) die Gitarre. Sie liebt es Spanisch zu hören und will ständig ihre Spanischkenntnisse verbessern. Wenn sie nicht auf einem Konzert oder im Kaffeehaus zu finden ist, vergräbt sie sich gerne hinter einem Buch.

We are Lisa (29) and Alex (25), study directing and cultural and social anthropology and are very outgoing.
Whenever there's time, the kitchen is our central meeting point for chats in the evening. However, of course, everyone can always go back to their room to have their private time. Cleanliness is of great importance to both of us and we would really appreciate it, if you saw this the same way.

During the year Lisa works on several film projects, which means that there are phases where she's more at home or more out working. Although she is utterly unable to cook, she loves good food and supports the surrounding restaurants as often as she can. If she has enough time, she also loves to spend her evenings doing crossfit. And she loves to tell (and listen to!) good stories.

Alex is the process of finishing her studies and loves to travel. Her passion is music. She writes her own songs, is a passionate singer and plays the guitar poorly but with joy. :) She loves the Spanish language and wants to improve her speaking skills all the time. If she is not out on a concert or sitting in a coffee house, she is nose-deep in a book.
