Der Aufbau ist genial: wir haben 80qm, alle Zimmer sind getrennt begehbar und als Aufenthaltsraum haben wir ein 15qm großes Esszimmer.
Die Aufteilung ist perfekt. WC und Bad ist getrennt.
Dein Zimmer ist auch 20qm groß und sehr hell.
Special: Zudem gibt es eine Luxusdusche mit tollem Badezimmer.
Die Wohnung hat eine Top-Lage in der Othmargasse im 20. Bezirk, direkt angrenzd an den 9. Bezirk
Die U4 Friedensbrücke ist etwa 5 min. zu Fuß. Die 5 erreicht man auch in 5 min und die 31 in ca. 3 min.
Hofer ist direkt vor der Tür in 100m Entfernung. Weitere Super- und Drogeriemärkte sind in max. 3-4 min zu erreichen.
Am Donaukanal ist keine 100m entfernt, perfekt zum Joggen und Radfahren
Ich, David (29) wohne seit ca 1.5 Jahre hier nachdem ich vorher in Innsbruck studiert hab bin ich nun berufstätig (Meteorologe).
Bin viel draußen unterwegs am Rennrad fahren oder sonst sportlich unterwegs. Ansonsten bin ich eher ruhig, aber freu mich auch auf Gespräche daheim, falls sich Zeit findet können wir auch gerne zusammen was unternehmen.
