WG mit Wohnzimmer zwischen Praterstern und Augarten

In weniger als 20 Minuten erreichst du den Stephansplatz (Stadtzentrum), das Hauptgebäude der Uni Wien am Schottentor, die Freizeitmöglichkeiten auf der Donauinsel, sowie den Donaukanal.
U1/U2, sowie Straßenbahnlinie 5 und O, sind in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Buslinie 5B, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Märkte befinden sich in direkter Umgebung.

U1/U2, as well as tram lines 5 and O, can be reached by foot in less than 10 minutes. Bus line 5B as well as shopping facilities and markets are in close proximity.

Da ich in München eine tolle WG-Erfahrung hatte, will ich das in Wien gerne weiterführen: Gelegentlich gemeinsam kochen, sporteln, und Lokale besuchen. Ob du noch studierst oder bereits arbeitstätig bist ist egal. Da ich früh raus muss, suche ich eine Person mit ebenfalls halbwegs geregelten Schlafenszeiten.

Geputzt wird sobald es nötig ist, ca. alle 2 Wochen. Arbeitsflächen werden nach Möglichkeit direkt nach Benutzung gereinigt. Kosten für gemeinsamen Verbrauch (z.B. Toilettenpapier) werden aufgeteilt, sonstiger Verbrauch wird nachgekauft und abgerechnet.

Ich bin Georg, Mitte 30 und Systemarchitekt - größtenteils im Home-Office. Derzeit plane ich, ob ich ans abgeschlossene Wirtschaftsinformatik-Masterstudium einen PhD dranhäng, oder ein Zweitstudium beginne. Ich gehe gerne radfahren, schwimmen, und bouldern. Abends verbringe ich mit Musik oder Computerspielen. Am Wochenende genieße ich das Wiener Nachtleben. :D

As I had a great shared flat experience in Munich, I'd like to keep it that way in Vienna: Occasionally cooking, doing sports, and visiting pubs together. It doesn't matter if you're still studying or already working. As I need to get out early, I'm looking for a person which also has somewhat regular sleeping patterns.

Cleaning will be done as soon as necessary, approx. every 2 weeks. Working surfaces will be cleaned directly after usage if possible. Costs for collective consumption (e.g. toilet paper) will be split, other consumption will be replaced and accounted.

I'm George, in my 30s, and systems architect - most of the time in the home office. Currently I plan if I continue with a PhD to my finished business informatics Master's degree, or start a second degree. I like cycling, swimming, and bouldering. My evenings I spend with music or playing computer games. At the weekend I enjoy the Viennese nightlife. :D

Wichtig ist mir nur, dass du den Verpflichtungen in der WG nachkommst und wir gemeinsam gut auskommen. :) Alternative Menschen willkommen, vor allem Metalheads und Gothics. ;) Mein Freundeskreis ist LGBTQIA*-freundlich und ein großer Teil hat einen akademischen Hintergrund - falls du dich mit dieser Denkweise identifizieren kannst, bist du in dieser Wohnung sehr willkommen. :) Die Haltung von Haustieren ist vorher abzusprechen.

For me it's only important that you meet your obligations in the shared flat and that we'll get along well together. :) Alternative people are welcome, especially metalheads and goths. ;) My circle of friends is LGBTQIA*-friendly and a large part has an academic background - if you can identify yourself with this mindset, you're very welcome in this flat. :) Keeping of pets has to be discussed beforehand.
