Alles was man so braucht gib’s direkt um die Ecke. Hofer, Billa, DM...

Die U6 (Michelbeuern AKH) ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Und es gibt auch zahlreiche Straßenbahnen, die einen direkt in die Stadt (zur Uni…) bringen.

Der Gürtel ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Dort gibt es viele Lokalitäten - wo man gut mal einen trinken gehen kann & es auch meistens echt coole Musik spielt :)

The U6 (Michelbeuern AKH) is only a 5-minute walk away. And there are also numerous trams that take you directly into the city (e.g. to the university...).

The ´´Gürtel´´ is not far away either. There are many places there - where you can have a drink & where they usually play really cool music :)

Da Joschi auszieht wird ein Platz für dich wird frei :). Johanna (28) ist im Kulturbereich angesiedelt, gerade mit ihrem Studium fertig und orientiert sich neu - sie radelt überall hin, ist poly & queer. Lisa (27) arbeitet im Kommunikationsbereich, ist an sound art interessiert und probiert immer wieder irgendwelche neue Sachen aus - derzeit Pole Dance & Keramik <3

Wir sind beide recht busy people, aber freuen uns auf ein liebevolles und wertschätzendes Zusammenleben. Uns ist es sehr wichtig offen miteinander zu kommunizieren. Unsere Wohnung ist ein safer space und das soll auch beibehalten werden. Daher ist es wichtig, dass du queerfreundlich, antirassistisch und feministisch bist.

Wir gehen gerne tanzen - zu fast jeder Art von Musik eigentlich, radeln in der Stadt und der Natur herum, gehen auf Demos und unterstützen einander bei unseren Projekten und Problemchens (wir haben immer ein offenes Ohr füreinander)

Im Sommer werden wir beide mal hier und mal da auf Urlaub sein und das schöne Wetter und die Natur auch außerhalb von Wien genießen.

Since Joschi moves out, a place will be free for you :). Johanna (28) is in the cultural sector, has just finished her studies and is reorienting herself - she cycles everywhere, is poly & queer. Lisa (27) works in communication, is interested in sound art and is always trying out new things - currently pole dance & ceramics <3

We are both quite busy people, but look forward to a loving and appreciative life together. It is very important to us to communicate openly with each other. Our apartment is a safer space and we want to keep it that way. Therefore, it is important that you are queer friendly, anti-racist and feminist.

We like to dance - to almost any kind of music actually, bike around in the city and in nature, go to demos and support each other with our projects and little problems (we always have an open ear for each other)

In the summer months we will both be on holiday some of the time.

Wir sind erst vor einem Jahr eingezogen und gestalten noch immer etwas um :)

474€ wäre für die Kaution (die bekommst du beim Auszug wieder zurück)
474€ ist für die Miete mit allem drum und dran (Internet, Versicherung, Strom & Gas)
