Das Zimmer ist gemütlich hell und komplett möbliert mit allem was es braucht: Bett, Schrank, Kommode, Pflanzen, Wäschekorb. Falls du Homeoffice machst, gibt es einen großen Tisch mit Bildschirm im Wohnzimmer, den Arbeitsplatz kannst du aber auch ins Zimmer verlegen.
Die Wohnung hat zudem ein sehr großes, schönes, sonniges Wohnzimmer/küche mit großer Fensterfront auf den Südbalkon. Es gibt dort eine gemütliche Couchecke, ein schönes kleines Wandklavier, einen großen Tisch zum Arbeiten oder Essen und eine super ausgestattete Küche.
Das Zimmer ist befristet von Anfang Mai (2.5.) bis Ende August (23.8.), Ein- und Auszugsdaten sind jedoch flexibel. Ich vermiete auch gerne für kürzere Zeiträume. Schreib mir einfach.

The room is cozy, light and fully furnished with everything you need: Bed, wardrobe, drawers, plants, laundry basket. If you work from home, there is a large table with a screen in the living room, but you can also move your workspace into the room.
The apartment also has a very large, beautiful, bright, sunny living room/kitchen with a large window front onto the south-facing balcony. There is a cozy couch corner, a nice little wall piano, a large table for working or eating and a well-equipped kitchen.
The room is limited from the beginning of May (2.5.) to the end of August (23.8.), but move-in and move-out dates are flexible. I am also happy to rent for shorter periods. Just write to me.
Die Wohnung liegt im 17. Bezirk nähe Elterleinplatz. Es gibt alle möglichen Läden, Supermärkte, Post, Ärzte und öffentliche Anbindung in nächster Nähe, sowie das Einkaufszentrum Hernals.

The apartment is located in the 17th district near Elterleinplatz. There are all kinds of stores, supermarkets, post office, doctors and public transport in the immediate vicinity, as well as the Hernals shopping center.

Wir teilen uns die Wohnung (75 m²) zu zweit, sie ist komplett eingerichtet mit Küche, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Es gibt das große Wohnzimmer/-küche, den Südbalkon mit Pflanzen, einen großen Gang/Vorraum, Bad mit Badewanne, Klo, Abstellkammer (wo auch noch Platz für Dinge von dir sind) und die beiden Zimmer.
Mit dir in der Wohnung wohnt ein Mitbewohner (29), der gerade an seiner Masterarbeit schreibt - mal zu Hause, mal in der Bibliothek, gerne kocht, auflegt und im Sozialen Bereich arbeitet.
Die WG ist BIPoC und queer friendly.

You share the apartment (75 m²) with 1 roommate, it is fully furnished with kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a large living room/kitchen, a south-facing balcony with plants, a large hallway/vestibule, bathroom with bathtub, toilet, storage room (where there is also space for your things) and the two rooms.
Your roommate (29) is currently writing his Master's thesis - sometimes at home, sometimes in the library, likes to cook, DJ and works in the social sector.
The flat share is BIPoC and queer friendly.
Da ich für ein paar Monate nach Kanada gehe vermiete ich mein Zimmer unter. Das Zimmer kostet wirklich so viel leider, weil die Mietpreise einfach enorm angestiegen sind und die Wohnung einen schönen Balkon mit Sonne hat. 840 € sind a inklusive allem: Miete, Nebenkosten, ORF-Beitrag, Internet. Kaution würde ich in Höhe von einer Monatsmiete ansetzen, ist aber flexibel wenn nötig.
Da ich nicht da bin, kannst du auch gerne mein Fahrrad verwenden.

As I'm going to Canada for a few months, I'm subletting my room. The room really costs that much, unfortunately, because the rent prices have simply risen enormously and the apartment has a nice balcony with sun. 840 € is including everything: rent, utilities, ORF contribution, internet. The deposit is set to one month rent, but can be flexible if needed.
As I will not be there, you can use my bike, if you need one.
