I offer a bright room in 1190, Vienna, fully equipped (room furniture, kitchen equipment, vacuum cleaner, as well as laundry machine, wifi, heater, extension cables, etc).
The room is 16qm2 big and includes the following:
- One double sized wooden loft bed (Hochbett) which can also be used as a storage or chilling area as well as a guest bed
- A side table with three drawers
- A wardrobe
- A bookshelf
- One desktop (8 drawers) accompanied with a desk chair
- A sofa-bed or a proper bed instead of the loft bed, enables a spare bed for your friends staying over
- A side table
- Included are as well curtains, a solar Jalousie, a carpet & hanging lamps
By necessity, I can also provide pillows & blanket, bedsheets and towels.
To clarify, if the loft bed is not suiting you, the mattress can be put on the sofa bed & the upper area gives you extra space for storage (like suitcase, boxes, jackets, etc) or can be used as a chilling area.
Gebhardtgasse is located in the heart of the 19th district, surrounded by Heiligenstädter-Strasse (Heiligenstadt U4, S-Bahn & Busses; Spittelau U4, U6, S-Bahn, Tram D), Döblinger-Hauptstrasse (Tram 37, Bus 10A, 39A), Billrothstrasse (Tram 38), Nußdorfer Gürtel crossing, etc.
It takes only 15 minutes with the tram to reach Schottentor, 12 minutes with the subway to reach Schwedenplatz or Landstraße (CAT driving to the airport) and just 15 minutes with the subway to walk out at Karlsplatz/ Kärtnerstraße/ Resselpark.
Grocery shops, bakeries, cosmetics, barbers, banks & post is to be found in a five minute walk radius from the flat, such as various, delicious restaurants from different cuisines.
Nature or jogger lover? You will love to walk down in 10 minutes to the Danube canal & enjoy nice sports or a mile long run at the water. There is a breathtaking park, Wertheimsteinpark, next to the apartment allowing to take long walks, sit down for a pic-nick, take out the ball in the cage or just hide away next to a pond under a sky of tree branches.
Otherwise it is perfectly situated to reach out to plenty of entertaining locations, attractive destinations, interesting activities & new hobbies.
In this apartment, each bedroom has been furnished & styled to its' most potential in order to create a studio atmosphere in your own four walls. To your advantage, you will find a saloon area, a dining/study corner & the bedroom zone.
The kitchen is equipped with all the utilities & instruments needed & wished for, such as a Nespresso machine, a Thermomix (steamer), mixers, kitchen aids, gadgets for any cooking short-cuts, crêpe pan, normal pans in all sizes, bowls, cups, plates, cutlery & etc. (dishwasher & microwave included). Moreover there is a very cosy "bar style" sitting area in the kitchen fancied for eating & having morning coffee.
The kitchen as well as the bathroom is of course common space, but is to be shared & respected with & by everyone in the apartment at any time during the day.
Very practical as well is to have the laundry/dryer machine next to the bathtub, with the drying facility installed against the wall in the bathroom. Other than that the toilet is separated with a little sink, very practical for less traffic around the bathroom.

As this apartment has become my new primary home in 2019, I decorated and equipped it with love & passion.
I am looking for a decent flatmate starting from July onwards, who values this "homie" environment, keeps his/her things in his/her given personal spaces & enjoys a beautiful furnished, very bright & space given room.
Last but not least, I should also mention that there is more than enough storage space for each sub-tenant, but not enough space for both sub-tenants to bring along their entire belongings, closet or shoes in mass from home...
