Für zwei Monate (1.10-30.11.24) vermiete ich mein schönes Zimmer auf einem Bauernhof ( 5 Pferde, 3 Ziegen, 3 Hühner, 2 Hunde und eine Katze). Der Wald ist gleich nebenan und die Bushaltestelle 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Zimmer ist 34qm gross, zusätzlich ein eigenes grosses Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster und angrenzend an das Zimmer ein grosser eigener Balkon. Eine Küche gibt es zur Mitbenützung. Die/der gesuchte ZwischenmieterIn müsste tierlieb sein und das Zimmer mit meinem Kätzchen teilen und bereit sein es zu streicheln und zu füttern.
Die Busanbindung ist nicht optimal, ein Auto wäre von Vorteil.
Bus 10 Minuten entfernt, Auto von Vorteil
Hauptmieter ist ein sympathisches argentinisch/schweizerisches Ehepaar mit denen die Küche geteilt wird.
