Das Zimmer wird ab Februar 2025 vermietet.
Von den 3 Zimmern auf der linken Seite des Korridors liegt dieses Zimmer am Anfang des Eingangs. Das macht es relativ ruhig :)
Die Wohnung ist sieben Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Bus. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe (2 Minuten zu Fuß). In der Wohnung leben noch zwei weitere Personen, Alim (Student) und Varun (Student).
Wenn Sie Fragen haben, können Sie sie bei einem persönlichen Besuch stellen.

The room will be rented from February 2025.
Of the 3 rooms on the left side of the corridor, this room is at the beginning of the entrance. This makes it relatively quiet :)
The apartment is 7 minutes from the central station, by bike or by bus. There is a bus stop nearby (2 minutes walk). There are two other people living in the apartment, Alim (student) and Varun (student).
If you have any questions, you can ask them during a personal visit.

Die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. Wenn Sie also spät dran sind, können Sie immer noch in 3 Minuten dort sein (ich spreche aus eigener Erfahrung! :D).
Alles in Witten ist nah und gut erreichbar, vor allem mit dem Fahrrad, aber auch zu Fuß! Die Supermärkte Netto (mit Post) und Lidl sind zwischen 8 und 12 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und das Stadtzentrum ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad). Für einen Spaziergang im Wald oder zwischen Feldern mit Blick auf die Stadt müssen Sie nur wenige Minuten laufen.
The bus stop is just around the corner. So if you're running late, you can still get there in 3 minutes (speaking from personal experience! :D).
Everything in Witten is close and easily accessible, especially by bike, but also on foot! The supermarkets Netto (with post office) and Lidl are between 8 and 12 minutes away on foot and the city center is 20 minutes away on foot (7 minutes by bike). For a walk in the forest or between fields with a view over the city, you only have to walk a few minutes.
Alim und Varun (Student an der Universität Witten/ Universität Dortmund) wohnen derzeit in der WG.
Da wir alle unterschiedliche Muttersprachen haben, sprechen wir gerne Englisch miteinander, aber natürlich können wir auch Deutsch sprechen. Wir haben gerne Freunde und Familie zu Besuch und freuen uns immer, neue Leute kennen zu lernen. Das bedeutet, dass beim gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen immer alle willkommen sind! Abgesehen von den leckeren gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten (die beiden sind wirklich gute Köche!), räumen wir danach auch gemeinsam auf. Sauberkeit ist also auch erwünscht ;) Ein ehrlicher und aufrichtiger Umgang miteinander ist uns sehr wichtig. Wenn du bereits Erfahrung mit einer WG hast, wäre das natürlich auch toll.
Wenn Sie also Lust auf spontane Kochabende, lustige und philosophische Gespräche und eine liebevolle WG haben, melden Sie sich bitte!
Sauberkeit ist uns SEHR wichtig, deshalb kümmern wir uns um die Sauberkeit in der WG, jede Woche hat jeder eine Aufgabe, die erledigt wird.
Weitere Fragen beantworte ich gerne, aber am besten lernt man sie persönlich kennen! :)

Alim and Varun (student at the University of Witten/ University of Dortmund) currently live in the shared flat.
As we all have different mother tongues, we like to speak English with each other, but of course we can also speak German. We enjoy having friends and family over and are always happy to meet new people. This means that everyone is always welcome when we cook and eat together! Apart from the delicious meals together (they are really good cooks!), we also clean up together afterwards. So cleanliness is also encouraged ;) Honest and sincere interaction with each other is very important to us. If you already have experience with a shared flat, that would of course also be great.
So if you fancy spontaneous cooking evenings, funny and philosophical conversations and a loving shared flat, please get in touch!
