Das Zimmer hat etwa 16qm² und eine schöne Aussicht. Ich schicke gerne mehr Fotos gerne auf Anfrage, online-Besichtigungen sind möglich.
Das Haus, in dem wir zu sechst wohnen hat einen kleinen Garten, in dem vieles gerade schläft, und eine schöne Terrasse, von der aus sich das gut beobachten lässt. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Holzofen, der gerne genutzt wird. Das Haus ist relativ neu renoviert.
The room has about 16sqm² and a nice view. I am happy to send more photos on request, online viewings are possible.
The house where we live with 6 people has a small garden, where most of creatures are sleeping, and a nice terrace from which you could try to watch this. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room. The house is relatively newly renovated.
Wir sind dicht am Bahnhof und der Norduni. Bibiliothek, Beute, Supermarkt, Solawi-Verteiler, die Aue, sowie ein schöner Wald sind in direkter Nähe
We are close to the train station and the Norduni. The library, Beute, supermarket, Solawi distributor, and a beautiful forest are in the immediate vicinity
Wir sind eine 6er WG. In der Küche wird geteilt und wenn es passt füreinander gekocht und zusammen gegessen. Es ist aber auch möglich das anders zu handhaben, wenn du lieber für dich selbst kochen möchtest. Ansonsten sind wir alle immer wieder in verschiedenes involviert, mehr oder weniger landwirtschaftlich interessiert und ausgerichtet, und es gibt auch noch recht viele andere Interessensgebiete, über die sich connecten lässt. Man kann sich aber auch ganz gut einfach ins Zimmer zurückziehen.
We are a flat share of 6 people. We often cook for each other and eat together. But it's also possible to do things differently if you prefer to cook for yourself. Apart from that, we are all involved in various activities, from sports to music to acitvism, and more or less oriented towards agriculture, most of us came here for the studies of organic agriculture. but there are also quite a few other areas of interest that we can connect over.
Was noch nicht in der Rechnung inbegriffen ist, sind 30€ wöchentlich in die Essenskasse. Es ist nicht vorausgesetzt, dass wenn du zur Zwischenmiete hier bist, auch so machen musst. Darüber können wir uns dann gerne unterhalten.
wir können auch eine veränderte Mietzeit ( + - eine Woche) vereinbaren, ich bin flexibel mit meiner An- und Abreise

What is not included in the bill is 30€ per week to the food bank. It is not a requirement that you have to do this if you are here as a temporary tenant. We can have a chat about that.
Also, we can agree on a different rental period (+ - one week), i am flexible with my arrival and departure
