Wir haben eine Spülmaschine in unserer Küche und eine WG-eigene Waschmaschine + Trockner im Hausflur. Unser Internet holt bei einem Speedtest 46 MBps wenn ich über WLAN verbunden bin. Die Miete enthält alle Nebenkosten inklusive Internet. Ich suche jemanden, der die vorhandenen Möbel kauft, wenn er das Zimmer übernimmt. Zu verkaufen sind ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, eine Schubladenkommode, ein Ventilator und ein Bett. Wir können den Preis besprechen
The room is in good codition. You'll share a livingroom, kitchen and shower with your flatmates. We have a dishwasher in our kitchen and a WG-owned washing machine + dryer in the house floor. Our internetconnection is solid with 46 MBps in speedtests. The rent includes all costs including internet. I am looking for someone who will buy the existing furniture when they take the room. for sale are a wardrobe, a desk and chair, a drawer chest, a ventilator and a bed. We can discuss the price
Wir wohnen 5 Minuten von Worms Hbf entfernt und sind dadurch sowohl an den innerstädtischen ÖPNV als auch das regionale Verkehrsnetz sehr gut angebunden. Die Hochschule Worms ist 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Supermärkte, Bäckereien und alles was man sonst so braucht ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar.
We live 5 minutes from Worms main station and are excellently connected to both the municipal and regional transport system. Hochschule Worms is 10-15 minutes on foot away. Supermarkets, bakeries and everything else one could need are all within walking distance.
Du lebst zusammen mit Tabea und Jacky. Wie sich das WG-Leben gestaltet hängt natürlich auch von dir ab, aber wir haben bisher sehr gerne und harmonisch zusammengelebt und nicht nur als Zweck-WG unsere Zeit in unseren jeweiligen Zimmern verbracht. Wir würden uns freuen wenn das auch so bleibt und du offen dafür bist etwas zusammen in der WG zu machen. Wir sprechen Deutsch und Englisch, aber Jacky ist gerade noch dabei Deutsch zu lernen, deshalb ist Englisch bisher unsere Hauptsprache in der WG.
You'll be living with Tabea and Jacky. We would appreciate someone who wants to not just live next door but also take part in shared activities. We speak german and english, but Jacky is still learning german, so english is our main language for now.
