We are looking for two women for two very nice fully furnished bedrooms in the entrance of Würselen. The first one, a very nice big room 14 m2, a very big desk, shelf, tv, couch-bed, big windows. The second one, 10 m2, couch-bed, a desk, library, big closet, big windows.
On the first floor of the house, 2 bedrooms, 1 big living room and dining room with football table, 1 big kitchen fully equipped, 1 bathroom and 1 restroom. The garden is huge, very pretty and open to the guests, very nice to use with good weather.
3 min away from the bus stop (Mauerfeldchen) and less than 8 min to Kaninsberg bus stop. There is a Lidl 5 min away and Aldi 3+ min away.
On the second floor lives a woman with her two children, very nice, she is German and speaks several languages: English, Spanish, Italian so communication won’t be a problem. We share kitchen, living room and washing machine with them. The gardener helps with the cleaning of the house twice a week, cleans the rugs and the floors but is very important to keep the furniture and kitchen clean.
The owner asks for 750 € for deposit. The house is really modern and pretty, in a very quiet zone with easy access to public transportation and can get easily to Aachen and surroundings.
Both rooms will be available by the 1st of March but we can talk if you need one earlier.
