ich habe ein großes helles Zimmer in Wü - Grombühl, ab voraussichtlich dem 15.02.2013 zum abgeben. Das Zimmer liegt zum Hinterhof, ist von daher sehr ruhig. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden - Küchenzeile, große Badewanne + Dusche. Die 120 qm Wohnung wurde vor 2 Jahren renoviert. Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus.
In der Miete von 360€ ist alles enthalten (Kabel - DSL - Telefonflat - Miete warm). Die Kaution liegt bei 445€. Alles andere können wir persönlich bequatschen.

Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Gute Einkausfmöglichkeiten da Real Markt in 5min zu Fuss zu erreichen ist. Ein kostenloser überdachter Parkplatz für Auto ist in 3 min zu Erreichen, ansonsten müsste man sich einen Anwohner Parkschein holen.
Zwei deiner potentiellen neuen Mitbewohner sind berufstätig und einer Auszubildender.Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt, man kann zusammen kochen, ist allerdings kein Muss.
