wir sind Patricia (25) und Luca (26) und suchen Dich! Patricia ist Floristin und in ihrer Freizeit grossartige Künstlerin. Luca promoviert derzeit in Mikrobiologie und ist DJ und leidenschaftlicher Rennradfahrer.
Optimalerweise bist du in unserem Alter, aufgeschlossen und bringst WG-Erfahrung mit. Wir wünschen uns ein respektvolles Miteinander, legen sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Über gesellige Abende und gelegentliche WG-Unternehmungen freuen wir uns sehr, finden es aber auch wichtig, dass jeder seine Ruhe haben kann! Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Eine Küche mit zwei Kühlschränken, neuen Elektroartikeln und allen Küchengeräten, die sich das Herz eines Chefkochs nur wünschen kann. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer mit neuer Waschmaschine und Tumbler (diese sind in der Wohnung und müssen nicht geteilt werden). Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig, hat eine gute Musikanlage und einen Beamer. Ein grosser Esstisch und ein Balkon komplettieren den gemeinsam genutzten Bereich.
Dein Zimmer ist möbliert mit grossem Schreibtisch, Matratze und grossem Wandschrank!
Ausserdem gibt es ein Kellerabteil, einen überdachten Fahrradparkplatz. Ein Autoparkplatz in der Nähe kann zusätzlich gemietet werden.
die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Uster (11 Minuten bis Stadelhofen) und 3 Minuten von den nächsten Supermärkten entfernt. Wir freuen uns auf deine Nachricht!

we are Patricia (25) and Luca (26), and we are looking for you! Patricia is a florist and a talented artist in her free time. Luca is currently pursuing a PhD in microbiology, works as a DJ, and is a passionate road cyclist.
Ideally, you’re around our age, open-minded, and have previous experience living in a shared apartment. We value mutual respect, cleanliness, and organization. Here are some hard facts:
The apartment is fully equipped. It has a kitchen with two refrigerators, modern appliances, and all the cooking tools a chef could wish for. There are two bathrooms with a new washing machine and dryer (both located in the apartment and not shared with others). The living room is spacious, equipped with a great sound system and a projector. A large dining table and a balcony complete the shared spaces.
Your room is furnished with a large desk, a mattress, and a spacious built-in wardrobe!
Additionally, there’s a basement storage unit, a covered bike parking area, and a car parking spot nearby that can be rented separately.
The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Uster train station (11 minutes to Stadelhofen) and 3 minutes from the nearest supermarkets.
