Conveniently situated just a 3-4 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop (Burtscheid), it boasts excellent connectivity to Aachen Hauptbahnhof (train and bus, 5 min), Bushof (bus, 10 min) etc. The apartment comes furnished, featuring a fitted kitchen with four heating plates and a baking /roasting oven, dining table, washroom (basin, toilet, hand-shower, mirror, rack, cloth hanger etc.), washing machine, double bed, 3-door wardrobe, wooden multi-drawer, sofa, chairs, extra mattress, bedside table, big black curtains and shoe rack.
