Zur Verfügung biete ich mein vollmöbliertes und vollausgestattetes Appartement mit Balkon im Zentrum von Aachen für eine Dauer von 12 Monaten (15. März 2025- 15. März 2026).

Der Dom (Stadtzentrum), der Bushof und der Bahnhof sind in 5 Minuten zum Fuß erreichbar. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle mit direkten Verbindungen zum Campus Melaten sowie zu den Kernbereichen der RWTH und der FH. Weiterhin findest Du in der unmittelbaren Nähe viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, ALDI, dm etc), Bars und Cafes.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Essgruppe mit 4 Stühlen, ein doppeltes Boxspringbett, 2er Couch, einen Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl und Monitor, Kleiderschranke sowie weitere Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten. Kaffe- und Espressomaschinen, Backofen sowie weitere Hausgeräte in der Wohnung kannst Du auch Gerne nutzen. Im Keller findet man für die gemeinsame Nutzung auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, und im Haus sind jederzeit sichere Abstellplätze für Fahrräder verfügbar.

Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten inklusiv Strom und Internet (Glasfaserverbindung bis zum 100 Mbps) enthalten. Das Angebot ist an nicht-trauchende Einzelpersonen ohne Haustiere gerichtet. Nach Absprache kann der Mietstart und -ende angepasst werden.

I am subletting my spacious, fully-furnished apartment in the centre of Aachen for 12 months (15 March 2025-15 March 2026).

The cathedral (city center), the bus station and the train station can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. There is a bus stop right around the corner with direct connections to Campus Melaten, as well as to the main areas of the RWTH and the FH. You will also find many shopping opportunities (REWE, ALDI, dm etc), bars and cafes in the vicinity of the apartment.
The apartment has a dining table with 4 chairs, a double box spring bed, 2x couch, a desk with office chair and monitor, wardrobes and other storage options. While you are here you can make you of coffee and espresso machines, oven and further house devices as well. In the basement you will also find a washing machine and dryer for shared use, as well as secured parking spaces for bicycles in the house.

The price covers all costs including electricity and internet (fiber internet up to 100 Mbps). The offer is addressed to a non-smoking individual without pets. By arrangement the exact starting and ending date of the agreement can be adjusted.
