We are looking for new tenants for our apartment from the beginning of January.
It is a 3 room groundfloor apartment within the cityring Amsterdam nearby the river Amstel and the HvA. The 2-persons apartment is recently renovated and has a private entrance and private garden. The place is quiet, sunny and situated along a canal in a friendly neighborhood. Public transport (train, subway, bus) are nearby and will take you to the centre of the city in 15 min. Shops, restaurants, grocery are within 5-10 min walk.
It takes you 5 min by bike to HvA.
Layout of the house: 1 livingroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The bathroom/toilet has a rainshower and washstand. The house is provided with central heating which is easy to operate. The kitchen is fully equipped: gas stove, oven/microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffeemachine, water cooker, toaster etc. Internet and television is included.
The apartment is located nearby several university locations like Roeterseiland Campus and Science Park.
Note: The apartment is suitable for only 2 persons.
Price: 1850€ (+250€ bills)
