The apartment is bright, clean, freshly refurbished. It has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Cleaning is provided generally once a month for €30 or upon agreement in different intervals.
Τhe apartment is available for leases from one to nine months the amount of the rent is determined according to the length of stay. Discount: 5% for 2 months or longer, monthly cleaning, you will be provided with fresh bed linen for the duration of your stay.
*The additional costs include an amount of €50 for electricity. Should there be excessive consumption, the guest must pay for the remaining amount, which will be billed monthly.
The apartment is located in a quiet Athenian neighborhood, everything you need for your daily shopping is close by.
