meine Mitbewohner und ich lösen unsere WG auf, da wir alle Augsburg verlassen werden.
Aus diesem Grunde kündigen wir die Wohnung, suchen aber dennoch Nachmieter, die das ein oder andere übernehmen.
Konkret: Kücheneinrichtung (Schränke, Kühlschrank, Herd, Eckband und Tisch...) und die Waschmaschine.
Interessenten bitte via Mail bei mir melden, dann können wir verhandeln:)
Die Wohnung ist super für eine WG, die Zimmer sind nicht alle gleich groß, aber groß und eine Wohnküche ist auch noch da.
Die Lage ist super, zu Fuß 15 Minuten in die Stadt, kostenlose Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden. Hierzu braucht man zu gewissen Stoßzeiten etwas Glück.
Fahrräder kann man gut im Hof des Hauses abstellen.
Tramhaltestelle ist quasi um die Ecke, zwei bis drei Minuten zu Fuß.
Das ist eigentlich alles, was man wissen muss.
