Ich vermiete meine gemütliche Wohnung in Pfersee für 2 Monate unter, da ich im Ausland unterwegs bin. Ich bin vom 24.2. bis 24.4. weg, Ein- und Auszugsdatum könnten aber ein bisschen flexibel gestaltet werden bei Bedarf. Perfekt für Studis auf der Suche oder PraktikantInnen. Auch zum Pendeln nach München super geeignet.
Ich hab 3 kleine Zimmer und einen Balkon gibt's auch; Küche ist klein aber gut ausgestattet, inklusive Spülmaschine. Waschmaschine steht im Keller. Die Atmosphäre im Haus ist super entspannt, alle kennen sich.
Bei den 650€ ist alles dabei.

Lage ist tip top! Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Pfersee sind es 2min zu Fuß (die 6 fährt in 8min zum Hbf und in 10 zum Kö), mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10min in der Stadt und in >20 an der Uni. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Döner alles in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem ist die Wertach nicht weit!
