Single Apartment (Students only with unlimited contract)

Hi hi, I am renting a Single apartment in the Student dorm in Pestalozzistr. 9D
it's a 19m² room, heating is great and it's 2 minutes away from the bus stop that takes you to the city center, you need exactly 7 or 8 minutes to reach the train station and around 10 to 12 minutes to reach the center from here
There is a street with all chains nearby, Aldi, Netto, Rewe, Edeka, Tedi and Lidl are all in the same street so your groceries are not a problem
some info:
it's available starting from 01.04 with unlimited contract as long as you are a student, your contract will be directly with Studentenwerk Würzburg.
city registration is possible starting from 01.04
all you need is being a student at uni Bamberg (enrolled or you have a Zulassungsbescheid) and you can apply and take the room
Rent: €351 including heating and internet
Deposit: €440 (legally can be paid with 3 installments)
