Stylish Apartment in Mitte-Kreuzberg (read details)

My husband and I are renting our beautiful apartment from December 10th to February 10th. It is located in a very central location of Berlin (Mitte-Kreuzberg, 10969) just a couple steps from CheckPoint Charlie and The Jüdisches Museum. Really close to the Museum Island, Alexanderplatz, Kreuzberg, and lots of bars and restaurants. The fantastic location gives you plenty of transport options: U6 , M29, 248 (4 minutes walk), U3, U1, U2 (10 minutes walk) so you can easily reach any area in the city in minutes.

IMPORTANT:

We look for someone who loves cats as our lovely and sleepy cat will stay in the apartment. All their costs for her will be covered. We have someone who can look after the cat the days that you are not in Berlin.

Our cleaning lady will come to the apartment once a week, nevertheless we need someone respectful and tidy to mantain the apartment as we leave it.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:

It is on a high floor, really bright and comfortable, it has a lot of air thanks to the big windows in every room and It has a nice balcony.

One room, living room/kitchen and the bathroom will be available for the guest.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is one bathroom where we have a washing/drier machine.

The main room that is very spacious, has a very comfortable double bed, wardrobes, and a desk. The room is very quiet at night and has its own french balcony facing the garden.

All the spaces have heaters for the cold season.
