I am subletting my apartment on Baumschulenstr in February and March, with the possibility of staying a few extra days in April (maximum the first 2 weeks of April).
It’s 68m², very bright, and a pleasant place to live.
The apartment is well-connected and close to shops and the forest.

I am looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and calm person to take care of my home and water the plants (there are quite a few 🙂).
The minimum rental period is 2 months, with the possibility of extending for 1-2 weeks in April (the price will be calculated proportionally in April).

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung in der Baumschulenstraße im Februar und März unter, eventuell auch für ein paar Tage im April (maximal die ersten 2 Wochen im April).
Sie ist 68m² groß, sehr hell und ein angenehmer Ort zum Leben.
Die Wohnung ist gut angebunden und liegt in der Nähe von Geschäften und dem Wald.

Ich suche eine vertrauenswürdige, zuverlässige und ruhige Person, die sich um mein Zuhause kümmert und während der 2 Monate meiner Abwesenheit insgesamt 3 Mal die Pflanzen gießt (es gibt einige 🙂).
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 2 Monate, mit der Möglichkeit, um 1-2 Wochen im April zu verlängern (der Preis wird anteilig berechnet).
