Beautiful Apartment for December

Hello! My beautiful and bright apartment will be available for December, and I’m looking for a subtenant (single or as couple). Important note: I will keep one bedroom and might sleep in the apartment for about 5 nights during the month, but for most time you would mostly have the place to yourself, and I would notify you beforehand if I come.

The apartment is a spacious three-room flat on the first floor, set in a charming, old neighborhood with an Eastern vibe. It’s fully furnished and includes a large living room with a dining table, a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, and a balcony. I’m looking for someone who can water the plants and keep the shared spaces, especially the kitchen and bathroom, clean and tidy.

Both bedrooms are relatively small, about 11 square meters. Your room has a built-in desk and wardrobe, a 140 cm wide bed, and a large balcony facing the courtyard. It’s also worth mentioning that plenty of natural light comes in, and I’ve added some beautiful lighting as well :)
