I’m temporarily subletting my lovely home while I’m away traveling. It’s a great spot, whether you’re looking for a relaxing vacation base or a comfortable place to work from.
The flat is 60sqm and has everything you need:
- A bright and cozy living room with a big TV and space to chill out.
- A comfortable bedroom with a bed that practically guarantees a good night’s sleep.
- A fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to cook up whatever you like.
- A spacious bathroom with a bathtub for unwinding after a long day.
- And my favorite part: a private balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air, whether it’s coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night.
It’s fully furnished, so you can just show up with your suitcase and feel right at home.
The location is unbeatable—right in Mitte, just one tram stop from Berlin Central Station. From here, you can get to places like Alexanderplatz, Brandenburger Gate, and Friedrichshain in less than 20 minutes. Plus, the neighborhood has a great mix of city life and relaxing green spaces.

This flat is in a prime spot in Mitte, close to everything you need. For groceries, you’ll find REWE, Edeka, and Bio Company all nearby. Public transport is excellent, with U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and tram stops just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city.
There are also plenty of great places to eat and drink. Esszimmer offers modern German dishes, Lila Vietnam Fine Cuisine is perfect for Vietnamese food, and tigertörtchen is great for coffee and cupcakes.
You’re also close to Invalidenpark, a nice green space to relax or go for a walk.
I am temporarily abroad for work and subletting my apartment at a fair price, just slightly above the actual rent to cover any associated costs.
