Wir suchen Untermieter:innen für unsere wunderschöne 3-Zimmer-Familienwohnung vom 3.4.-28.4.2025 in Berlin Rummelsburg (SBahn Nöldnerplatz).

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine 15 m² große Sonnenterrasse, ein Kinderzimmer, eine große Wohnküche sowie ein großes Schlafzimmer. Alle Räume sind lichtdurchflutet und modern gestaltet.
Des Weiteren:

- Küche voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine
- Bad mit Wanne und Dusche
- Schlafzimmer 1,80x2,00m Bett
- Wohnküche mit gemütlicher Couch, Esstisch und TV (inkl. Netflix, Prime)
- Kinderzimmer mit Babybett und Spielsachen und Wickeltisch
- Balkon den ganzen Tag sonnig

Zu dir/euch:
Wir werden im Monat April im Ausland sein und suchen daher ein vertrauenswürdiges Pärchen oder Einzelpersonen, die sich liebevoll um unser Apartment und unsere Pflanzen kümmern und sich an den wunderschönen Räumlichkeiten genauso erfreuen und wohlfühlen werden wie wir.

Unsere Wohnung ist für Singles und Paare eingerichtet. Für mehr als 2 Personen fehlt es leider an Betten.
Wenn das für dich/euch passt, freuen wir uns sehr dich/euch kennenzulernen.

Zu den Bedingungen:
Der Preis liegt bei 1.800 Euro pro Monat. Wir würden eine Kaution als Sicherheit nehmen (die Höhe bestimmen wir gemeinsam) und einen Vertrag aufsetzen, damit sowohl ihr als auch wir abgesichert sind.

We are looking for subtenants for our beautiful 3-room family flat from 3 April to 28 April 2025 in Berlin Rummelsburg (SBahn Nöldnerplatz).

The flat has a 15 m² sun terrace, a children's room, a large eat-in kitchen and a large bedroom. All rooms are flooded with light and have a modern design.
Furthermore:

- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine
- Bathroom with bathtub and shower
- Bedroom 1,80x2,00m bed
- Kitchen-living room with cosy couch, dining table and TV (incl. Netflix, Prime)
- Children's room with cot and toys and changing table
- Balcony sunny all day long

To you/you:
We will be abroad in April and are therefore looking for a trustworthy couple or single person who will lovingly look after our flat and our plants and who will enjoy and feel as comfortable in the beautiful rooms as we do.

Our flat is furnished for singles and couples. Unfortunately, there are not enough beds for more than 2 people.

About the conditions:
The price is 1,800 euros per month. We would take a deposit as security (we will decide the amount together) and draw up a contract so that both you and we are covered.
