Since I'll be away for those dates, looking for someone clean & nice to take care of the flat while I'm away.

Ideal for 1 person, not for roommates since one room goes to the kitchen but for a short stay should be fine.

Nice quiet and green area of Alt Treptow -12435, right between Kreuzberg, Neukölln and Friedrichshain.
Very close to Treptower Park, Görlitzer Park, the LandwehrKanal and many other nice green central areas which are very easy to reach (extra easy with a bike..!).
Also just ~4 minutes walking to the S-bahn Treptower Park (Ring bahn). Ofc several shops/supermarkets near by.
