Die Wohnung ist ideal für Paare, Freunde oder Personen, die für kurze Zeit ein Zuhause auf Zeit suchen.

We are offering our lovely Altbau apartment for short-term rental. As we are moving out but still have the lease running, the apartment will be rented out almost unfurnished.
The apartment includes:
• 2 separately accessible rooms (perfect for shared living)
• Renovated bathroom
• Charming Altbau features: stucco ceilings and wooden floors
A bed (140cm with mattress) can be provided if needed. We can also discuss basic kitchen equipment, but the kitchen itself remains in the apartment.
This apartment is ideal for couples, friends, or anyone looking for a temporary home for two months.
Beste Lage im Herzen Charlottenburgs. Fußläufig sind Supermärkte, Spätis, zahlreiche Restaurants, Kantstraße und Wilmersdorfer Straße sind 5 Minuten entfernt. The apartment is located between S-Charlottenburg and S-Savignyplatz in a really quiet street. Within 5 Minutes by foot you can reach pretty much everything you need
