My two roommates are moving out of our nice WG, so I am looking two new roommates!

The apartment is located in Charlottenburg, in front of the Lietzensee lake, the lake and its park are right below the building! We are very well connected to the rest of the city; 3 minutes walk from the S-Bahn Nord Messer stop, and 8 minutes walk from the U-Bahn Charlottenburg. 72 meters from the bus stop M49 Kuno-Fischer-Straße.

The room will be left as it appears in the photos. There is a possibility to buy the bed/furniture from Juan, who leaves the room.

About the apartment: I arrived hete last year, and it is super complete! There are three bedrooms on the apartment, two of which are available starting in May. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
We have a large furnished living room, tables for co-working and a beautiful balcony!

My name is Matias, I am from Chile, and I rent this apartment from 04.2024. The costs of the apartment are divided equally in three. The rent is not cheap, hence the price, but we get a very comfortable and relaxed apartment next to the park.

Meine zwei Mitbewohner ziehen aus unserer schönen WG aus, daher suche ich neue Mitbewohner!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Charlottenburg, direkt vor dem Lietzensee – der See und sein Park liegen direkt unterhalb des Gebäudes! Wir sind sehr gut mit dem Rest der Stadt verbunden: 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur S-Bahn-Station Messe Nord und 8 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn-Station Charlottenburg. 72 Meter von der Bushaltestelle M49 Kuno-Fischer-Straße entfernt.

Das Zimmer wird so übergeben, wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, das Bett/die Möbel von Juan zu übernehmen, der das Zimmer verlässt.

Zur Wohnung: Ich habe sie letztes Jahr gemietet und sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer auf der Etage, zwei davon sind ab Mai verfügbar. Es gibt zwei Bäder, eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne.
Wir haben ein großes, möbliertes Wohnzimmer, Tische zum Co-Working und einen schönen Balkon!

Mietvertrag mit Anmeldung.

Mein Name ist Matias, ich komme aus Chile und miete diese Wohnung seit 04/2024. Die Kosten der Wohnung werden gleichmäßig durch drei geteilt. Die Miete ist nicht günstig, daher der Preis, aber wir haben eine sehr komfortable und entspannte Wohnung direkt am Park.
