I am subletting my apartment in Französisch Buchholz for a few months. Everything is included: internet (300 mbps), furniture, linens, washing machine, kitchenware, and all the food left in the pantry. There is no television, but there is a small projector you can use.
This is a legal sublet. The landlord allows you to live there. You will get a normal lease, and you can do your Anmeldung there.
You can live there until June before I move back in. You can stay longer if it works for both of us.
The total rent is 700€ per month. You pay what I pay. The deposit is also 700€.

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung in Französisch Buchholz für ein paar Monate unter. Alles ist inklusive: Internet (300 mbps), Möbel, Bettwäsche, Waschmaschine, Geschirr und alle Lebensmittel, die in der Speisekammer übrig sind. Es gibt keinen Fernseher, aber es gibt einen kleinen Projektor, den Sie benutzen können.
Dies ist eine legale Untermiete. Der Vermieter erlaubt Ihnen, dort zu wohnen. Du bekommst einen normalen Mietvertrag, und du kannst dich dort anmelden.
Du kannst dort bis Juni wohnen, bevor ich wieder einziehe. Du kannst auch länger bleiben, wenn es für uns beide passt.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 700 € pro Monat. Du zahlst, was ich zahle. Die Kaution beträgt ebenfalls 700 €.
