Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Kreuzberg mit super Restaurants, Bars & Clubs direkt vor der Haustüre, genauso ÖPNV Anbindung und die Spree.
Nächste U-Bahn: Schlesisches Tor. Nächste S-Bahn: Warschauer Str. / Treptower Park.
Die Wohnung selbst liegt sehr ruhig im begrünten Hinterhof (EG) und ist ein prima Rückzugsort.
