Vermieten unsere Wohnung in der Graefestr. in Kreuzberg über den Winter von Oktober bis März unter. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich, alle andere als anonym.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und verfügt über stabiles Wifi, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Fernseher, bequemes Bett, Sonos Lautsprecher, Smart TV, Philipps Hue Lampen und einen Saugroboter. Sie liegt im 4. OG und das Haus verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl. Bei Bedarf ist auch zusätzlich eine Reinigungskraft möglich.
Wir suchen bitte jemanden, der sich in der Zeit auch um die Pflanzen kümmern kann und diese regelmäßig gießt. Bitte keine Partys, da viele Familien im Haus wohnen.
Besichtigung ist sowohl vor Ort als auch online möglich.
Eine Übernahme des Mietvertrages ist ausgeschlossen. Anmeldung ist nicht möglich. WGs sind nicht möglich, da nur Platz für max zwei vorgesehen ist.
