Only for April (till around 4th May), I am subletting
my 52m² apartment.

The apartment is located in Friedrichshain
Persiusstraße, and it's super well connected with
the surroundings area:
- 5 minutes walk to Ostkreuz station
- less than 15 minutes walk to Treptower Station
- Several other bus lines right at the doorstep.

The flat is so organised: bedroom, bathroom with
a tub, a full furnished kitchen, and a bright living
room with a beautiful bay window.
Among the appliances, mostly new, I can list: oven,
dishwasher and washing machine.
In the flat is also present a smoke detection
system, so smoking within the apartment is not
allowed.

I am looking for a woman, ideally nonsmoker.

The request is 1080€
Warm, all-inclusive.
Wi-fi is also present.

From around the middle or end of May, it will be
possible to stipulate a new long-term contract with
the landlady.
