We’re heading off on an adventure and are looking for 1-2 people (preferably a couple) to enjoy our charming flat from November 1, 2024, to February 14, 2025. We’d love someone who can also take care of our beloved plants during this time.
About the Flat: Nestled in the heart of Kreuzberg, our fully furnished home combines comfort with style.
Living Room: Bright and inviting, featuring a stylish designer couch and access to a sunny south-facing balcony. Attic Space: A cozy bed (140 x 200 cm) plus a fully equipped workstation with a 23” 4K display for all your productivity needs.
Bedroom: A comfortable space with a cozy armchair, wardrobe, and an additional height-adjustable table with another 23” 4K display. Attic Space: A big 180 x 200 cm bed.
Kitchen: Fully equipped and separate, with a spacious dining table perfect for cooking anf eating your meals or also to work from

Located in Reichenbergstrasse the appartment is very good positioned. U Bahn Kottbuser tor is 2 minutes by foot, as well as Rewe, pharmacy etc. the area hosts some of Berlin best bars and restaurant with an unique vibe. Furthermore, the canal, Plan & Maybachufer can be reached by foot.
The flat is suitable for a couple or single. We are looking for someone respectful and clean who could also look after our plants. If you're interested please contact me and tell me a little about yourself.
