Die Wohnung ist ca 60qm groß und hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein kleines Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne.
Das Haus ist ein typischer Berliner Altbau mit original Dielen und hohen Decken.
Da die Wohnung im Hinterhaus liegt ist es hier auch absolut ruhig.
Da ich nur untervermiete, während ich selber nicht in Berlin bin, ist die Wohnung komplett eingerichted und hat alles was man so braucht.
Im Moment plante ich im Oktober in die UK umzuziehen, und dann kann die Wohnung übernommen werden
Die Untermiete ist auf's Erste flexibel. Also mindestens für einen Monat ab April, aber es muss nicht unbedingt die volle Zeit sein. Schreibt mir gerne einfach :)

The apartment is approximately 60 square meters in size and features a large living room, a small bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The building is a typical Berlin Altbau (historic building) with original wooden floorboards and high ceilings.
Since the apartment is located in the rear building, it is absolutely quiet.
As I am subletting the apartment while I am not in Berlin, it is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need.
At the moment I am planning on moving to the UK in October, so the flat could go over to you then, if you want
For now the sublet is flexible. I am looking for someone to take it over for at least a month starting in April, but it doesn't need to be the full period. Just get in touch :)
Die Wohnung liegt in Friedrichshain, im ruhigen Rudolphskiez und ist damit direkt in der Nähe von allen Clubs, Bars, Restaurants und Cafés ohne dass man mittendrin wohnt.
Sie ist optimal angebunden, da sie zwischen Ostkreuz und Warschauerstr. liegt (jeweils 7 Minuten zu Fuß).
Damit liegt sie am Ring und hat auch eine super gute Verbindung zum Flughafen.

The apartment is located in Friedrichshain, in the quiet Rudolphskiez neighborhood, putting you close to all the clubs, bars, restaurants, and cafés without being right in the middle of it all.
It is ideally connected, as it is situated between Ostkreuz and Warschauer Straße (each a 7-minute walk away).
This means it’s on the Ringbahn and also offers excellent connections to the airport.
Die Wohnung ist nur für's Erst nur zur Untermiete verfügbar und ist maximal für 2 Personen geeignet.
Sie kann aber eventuell übernommen werden wenn ich wie geplant im Oktober wegziehe.
Ich selbst hab einen Hund, und hab nichts dagegen wenn du/ihr euer Haustier mitbringen möchtet.
Die Wohnung kann gerne jederzeit online oder in Person besichtigt werden.

For now the apartment is available as a sublet and is suitable for a maximum of two people.
It might become fully available from October onwards, should I, as planned move to the UK.
I have a dog myself and have no problem if you’d like to bring your pet along.
