da wir den gesamten August auf Radtour sein werden, vermieten wir (3köpfige Familie) unsere schöne 2,5 Zimmer-Wohnung in Friedrichshain an der Grenze zu Mitte. Sie liegt im 3. Stock mit Fenstern zu 3 Seiten und der Schnitt holt aus den 54m2 alles raus:). Das kleinere Durchgangszimmer zwischen den zwei Hauptzimmern nutzen wir als (vor allem nachmittags und abends) lichtdurchflutetes Esszimmer, und im Wohnzimmer klappen wir für die Nacht ein Bett aus. Im Schlaf-/Kinderzimmer steht aber dazu auch ein Schlafsofa.
In die gemütliche, voll ausgestattete Küche scheint morgens wunderbar die Sonne.
Wir leben sehr gern in dieser Wohnung und freuen uns, wenn sie für den kommenden Monat netten Menschen ein Zuhause im Herzen Berlins bieten kann.

since we will be on a bike tour for the whole of August, we (family of 3) are renting out our beautiful 2.5 room apartment in Friedrichshain on the border with Mitte. It is located on the 3rd floor with windows on 3 sides and the cut gets everything out of the 54m2 :). We use the smaller passage room between the two main rooms as (especially in the afternoon and evening) light-flooded dining room, and in the living room we fold out a bed for the night. In the bedroom/children's room, however, there is also a sofa bed for this purpose.
In the morning the sun shines wonderfully into the cozy, fully equipped kitchen.
We love living in this apartment and would be happy if it can offer a home in the heart of Berlin to nice people for the next month.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral unweit des Alexanderplatzes zwischen den Stationen Jannowitzbrücke (S+UBahn, 8 min zu Fuß), Strausberger Platz (Ubahn, 7 min zu Fuß) und Ostbahnhof (Sbahn+Fernverkehr, 10 min zu Fuß). Zur Station Holzmarktstraße des Bus300 Richtung Warschauer Straße oder Tiergarten gelangt man in 5 Minuten.
In wenigen Minuten sind fußläufig Edeka, Alnatura und Netto erreichbar.
Es handelt sich um eine für die zentrale Lage erstaunlich ruhige Wohngegend, in den kleinen Straßen sind auch wenig Autos unterwegs. Für ein leckeres Essen und/oder Kaffee in unmittelbarer Nähe schätzen wir sehr den Geheimtipp "Café Lotos" und natürlich den Holzmarkt als touristischen Hotspot direkt an der Spree mit vielfältigem Angebot für Tag- und Nachtaktive.
Die kiezigen Ecken, Cafés und Restaurants von Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg und Kreuzberg sind darüber hinaus alle mit den Öffentlichen oder dem Rad in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar.
The apartment is very centrally located not far from Alexanderplatz between the stations Jannowitzbrücke (S+UBahn, 8 min walk), Strausberger Platz (Ubahn, 7 min walk) and Ostbahnhof (Sbahn+Fernverkehr, 10 min walk). It takes 5 minutes to get to the Holzmarktstraße station of the Bus300 in the direction of Warschauer Straße or Tiergarten.
Edeka, Alnatura and Netto are within walking distance.
It is a surprisingly quiet residential area for the central location, in the small streets are also few cars on the road. For a delicious meal and / or coffee in the immediate vicinity, we very much appreciate the insider tip "Café Lotos" and of course the Holzmarkt as a tourist hotspot directly on the Spree with a variety of offers for day and night actives.
In addition, the lively neighborhoods, cafes and restaurants of Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg are all accessible by public transport or by bike in 10-15 minutes.
