2 room flat ANMELDUNG POSSIBLE in central Friedrichshain short term

Renting my apartment in central Friedrichshain for short term, 3 months. 15th of October 2024 until 15th of January 2025. I will not rent the flat for less than 3 months.
There is a possibility that you can stay even longer. Suitable for a single or a couple. Costs will be a bit higher for a couple as you will use more energy.

Quiet flat (backyard) in a quiet street, 10 minutes walking to S Bahn Warschauer Straße, 5 minutes walking to Boxhagener Platz - a lot of restaurants, bars, flea markets very close to the apartment. Supermarkets and a drug store is also only 5 min walking: Rewe, Aldi and Budni!

The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 balcony. There is a sofa and a desk to work. It's fully furnished, there is wifi, you can use anything from towels to all my kitchen supplies. You don't need to bring anything!

I'm a dog owner so if you're allergic to dog hair this won't be suitable for you.

For 1 month the rent is 1100€ (including heating costs) and I will take a deposit of 1000€ in case you destroy anything - if not you will of course get everything back. We will sign a contract. I am the owner of the flat. Anmeldung possible!

I'm looking for a quiet, clean, respectful, responsible and reliable person. No parties, no afterhours, no indoor smoking!

I speak German and English.
