Short-term Flat in Friedrichshain

Spacious and bright 2-room apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain. Perfectly connected by Ubahn, Sbahn and Tramm, everything is nearby. Boxhagenerplatz is 5 mins away, Sbahn/Ubahn Warschauerstr. 10 mins away, Ubahn Frankfurtertor 4 mins away.

I am looking for a single or a couple or 2 friends to stay here and take good care of my sweet home.
Both rooms are equipad to be sleeping rooms, both with desks and chairs and beds and wardroves, but the flat easily can be turned into one bedroom and one livingroom/office, debending which are your needs.

--IMPORTANT--
While one of the rooms, the 25m2 will be available from 1 December until 1 March, the other 17m2 room will be only available from 23 December till 1 February. If are two and you wanna stay the whole period (december to March), you could stay both in my room, sharing flat with Nacho, my kind and respecful spanish and queer flatmate Nacho, who is 27 years old, studies Humanity and Art History, works in a Café and plays Waterpolo.
If you wanna rent the whole flat the period is empty, it is possible, as well just the 25m2 room sharing with Nacho while he is there.
