I am renting a fully furnished balcony room and the whole apartment is furnished with my own furniture.
There is also a large shared room which can be used for working or chilling out.
The apartment has a total size of 70m.The apartment is freshly renovated and equipped to a high standard.The apartment is located near Landsberger Allee/Frankfurter Tor.You will find numerous late stores, shopping facilities, post office, etc. You live very centrally.
The apartment is very quiet, but the neighborhood is also very lively.
Price:850Euro including all costs
Deposit:500Euro
No pets
Without registration
Non smoking apartment
No job center
For working people or students.
Only one person and no couples, as the apartment is large but not designed for 3 people!
Initially for 1-3 months.
If the tenancy fits, then gladly also up to 6 months or longer.
You will share the apartment with my lovely and very sociable roommate during my absence.
