I am going on Holiday and am hoping to give my beautiful home to someone who appreciates it - as well as me saving the rent to spend on my holiday instead. I am female, 37, non-smoker, and very tidy, no pets.
Its an open floor living see photos - one bedroom, and a huge open kitchen living room. Plus a bathroom and ... a big garden (kind of unheard of in Berlin)!
800 is fixed for the whole time. If you need less days, you still have to pay the full amount. 300 EUR bond for any damages.
Bed: 180 cm. No third bed is possible. Of course a couch is there, but it is in the middle of the flat then and not ideal.
Train: S-Bahn Ostkreuz 5 min away walking. From there best connections with regional trains going through the city and around
Suburb / Kiez: Friedrichshain / Sonntagskiez
Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Clubs all in super close distance.
The house: Old Berlin Building - Flat entirely renovated and in super good condition. New bathroom with Bathtub. Located at the BACK of the building - no street noise, no party noise, thick walls, very quiet. I have a walk in closet where I will put my personal belongings - so it will feel like a hotel for you.
If you only want part of the time frame thats fine, you still have to pay the entire price.
