We rent our flat from 03/12/2024 to 12/12/2024 while we are on holiday.

- a living room, it is possible to sleep on the sofa, we also have an inflatable matress

The location is very cool: Ostkreuz, on the dynamic side. The flat faces south-east and overlooks the beautiful chestnut tree in the courtyard. The flat is pet-free and smoke-free (inside). We are looking for careful and respectful people (the courtyard is quiet). We might need you to water the plants once during the whole period :)
We ask for a small deposit that you would pay when you get the keys. Until now we always gave back full deposit, we never had any trouble.
