Wir vermieten unsere helle Altbauwohnung direkt am Frankfurter Tor für 1-4 Monate, da wir auf Reisen sind.
Sie ist ideal für ein Pärchen geeignet (leider nicht für eine WG, da es nur ein Schlafzimmer gibt).
Zu zweit kann man auch sehr gut von zu Hause arbeiten, wir haben zwei separate Arbeitsplätze in unterschiedlichen Zimmern.
> Küche: Alles vorhanden, was man so braucht (Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, etc.)
> Bad: separate Toilette, Dusche/ Badewanne, Waschmaschine
> Wohnzimmer: Großes, helles Zimmer mit großem Sofa & Beamer
> Esszimmer: Großer Esstisch inkl. Arbeitsplatz mit Bildschirm
> Schlafzimmer: 1,80m Bett, großer Kleiderschrank inkl. einem zweiten Arbeitsplatz (auch mit separatem Bildschirm)

We are renting out our bright old apartment directly at Frankfurter Tor for 1-4 months while we are traveling.
It is ideal for a couple (unfortunately not for a shared flat, as there is only one bedroom).
Two people can also work very well from home, as we have two separate workspaces in different rooms.
> Kitchen: Everything you need (oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, etc.)
> Bathroom: Separate toilet, shower/bathtub, washing machine
> Living room: Large, bright room with a big sofa & projector
> Dining room: Large dining table with workspace including a monitor
> Bedroom: 1.80m bed, large wardrobe, and a second workspace (also with a separate monitor)
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Frankfurter Tor.
Man ist in 1min zu Fuß am Besarinplatz (Haltestellt M10), in 5min zu Fuß an der U5 Frankfurter Tor.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka/ Lidl/ Aldi) sind jeweils innerhalb von 2min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
In der Straße gibt es einige Cafes und Restaurants, zu Fuß sind es 15min zum Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain.
Insgesamt ist es trotz der zentralen Lage relativ ruhig, insbesondere im Schlafzimmer (geht zum Hinterhof raus).

The apartment is located right at Frankfurter Tor.
It’s a 1-minute walk to Bersarinplatz (M10 tram stop) and a 5-minute walk to the U5 Frankfurter Tor station.
Shopping options (Edeka, Lidl, Aldi) are each reachable within 2 minutes by bike. The street has several cafés and restaurants, and it’s a 15-minute walk to Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain.
Despite the central location, it is relatively quiet, especially in the bedroom (which faces the courtyard).
Wir vermieten die Wohnung erst einmal befristet, da wir auf Reisen sind.
Die genaue Mietdauer ist flexibel und nach Absprache möglich (ab Februar 2025).
Eine Untervermietung ist mit dem Eigentümer abgesprochen.
Haustiere und Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt!
