I am leaving Berlin for several months, thus, my flat is available for sublet for at least 3 months with possibility of extending
I am looking for someone CLEAN, SERIOUS and RESPONSIBLE, that will pay the rent on time and will take proper care of the floor, furniture and plants, preferably over 30 years old with a permanent job contract.
Total Rent: 1250 Eur. monthly, including heating, electricity, internet...
Start: 1st or 15th of February 2025.
End: 1st of June 2025 (or later, we can talk about it)

The street is very quiet, clean and calm, as is the whole 'Viktoriastadt' neighborhood. Anyhow you are 5 min walking distance from the busy Friedrichshain in case you want noise, bars and a lot of people.
As I want to keep everything legal, if you decide to rent the flat I will let the building-administration know that you'd be moving in. If you need an Anmeldung it would depend on their approval.
