Modern duplex in Friedrichshain. BEST LOCATION in Berlin minutes from U5 and Ring Bahn, which are the most convenient lines in Berlin for holiday stay. Nice part of Friedrichshain called Sameriter Kiez, which is residential yet full of life and got nice cafes and restaurants. Walkable to Boxhagner Platz too! Best neighborhood in Berlin my opinion. I'm offering lower price because I prefer to rent it to someone trustworthy rather than to make money (I'm just covering my rent).

Apartment is unique in that:
- Beautiful modern duplex. Build in 2020. fully furnished (please see photos)
- Convenient for living everyday life. True residential area but mins from enjoyable activities.
- All the amenities you need to stay comfortable . High speed internet, All kitchen equipments, airpurifiers, bedding, washing machine, dish washer, no elevator.
- You can sleep well. Quiet apartment not facing the street has a Queen size bed (160x200) suitable for a couple, and the mattress is comfy!
- Great location. Samariterstrasse is a lovely residential part of Friedrischain with fewer tourists, but yet full restaurants and cafes. Edeka, Lidl, Rewe, Bio company, Frisches Paradies all within 5 minutes walk. U-Bhan/S-Bhan (ring) stations within 8 mins)
Period: 23.04~18/05 , 2025 (10 days minimum - end date is somewhat flexible)
