Nice part of Friedrichshain called Sameriter Kiez, which is residential yet full of life and got nice cafes and restaurants. Walkable to Boxhagner Platz too! Best neighborhood in Berlin my opinion. PS. We’re fair people, so please don’t worry about getting back your deposit. We also invite you to an in-person viewing + give you the building key upon receiving the deposit.

- Great location. Samariterstrasse is a lovely residential part of Friedrischain with fewer tourists, but yet full restaurants and cafes. Edeka, Lidl, Rewe, Bio company, Frisches Paradies all within 5 minutes walk. U-Bhan/S-Bhan (ring) stations within 8 mins)
