Ubicación: - Justo en la Cruz del Este - Tranquilo en la casa de atrás - Espacio popular lleno de vida " jóvenes - Restaurante y bares justo enfrente de la puerta principal. Muchos clubes también cierran. (Club Ost, Renate, Else, Berghain, Watergate...) - Mejor comunicado por la estación Ostkreuz, aquí hay anillo y S-Bahn
- 20 minutos al aeropuerto

Otros: - Depósito: 400 €, incluyendo 50 € tarifa de limpieza. Recibe todo cuando el apartamento es devuelto en el mismo estado y limpio. También me gustaría mencionar en este punto que tengo grabaciones de todo el apartamento " los elementos si algo debe faltar. Si el apartamento está sucio, 50 € se conservará para la limpieza.

- Muy bien conectado bc de la estación Ostkreuz, donde se puede tomar el anillo y S-Bahn.
- 20 minutos al aeropuerto.
Otros:
- Depósito de 400 €, 50 € de los cuales es una tarifa de limpieza. Usted recuperará todo si el piso se entrega en la misma condición y limpio. También me gustaría mencionar que tengo fotos de todo el piso y los objetos en caso de que algo falta. Si el piso se entrega sucio, 50 € se apoyará para la limpieza.

- Bestens angebunden durch die Station Ostkreuz, hier gibt es Ring und S-Bahn
- 20 Min. zum Flughafen

Sonstiges: 
- Kaution: 400 €, davon sind 50 € Reiningungsgebühr. Ihr bekommt alles wieder, wenn die Wohnung im gleichen Zustand und sauber wieder übergeben wird. Ich möchte an dieser Stelle auch erwähnen, dass ich Aufnahmen von der ganzen Wohnung & den Gegenständen habe, falls etwas fehlen sollte. Wird die Wohnung schmutzig übergeben, werden 50 € für die Reinigung einbehalten.

- 20 min. to the airport 

Other: 

- Deposit of 400 €, 50 € of which is a cleaning fee. You will get everything back if the flat is handed over in the same condition and clean. I would also like to mention that I have pictures of the whole flat and the objects in case something is missing. If the flat is handed over dirty, 50 € will be retained for cleaning.
