Die Wohnung liegt 3 Gehminuten von der U- und S-Bahn Frankfurter Allee entfernt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße am Rathaus Lichtenberg. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Späti, Post, Apotheke liegt alles vor der Haustür. Auch zwei kleine Parks sind nur 2 Minuten entfernt.

Die Tram ist 1 Minuten entfernt (Rathaus Lichtenberg), die einmal quer durch Friedrichshain bis zur Warschauer Straße fährt. Mit dem Rad bist du übrigens genauso schnell mitten in Friedrichshain und findest dort du alles, was du brauchst: Cafés, Bars, Klamottenläden, Flohmärkte …

Die Miete für einen kompletten Monat beträgt ingesamt 1000 Euro mit allem drum und dran: Internet, GEZ, Strom etc. Wichtig wäre mir nur, dass der- oder diejenige gut mit der Wohnung umgeht, da die Wohnung frisch saniert ist, Böden abgezogen usw.

Und wenn du die Wohnung nur für 2 statt für 3 Wochen mieten möchtest, ist das auch kein Problem (natürlich zahlst du dann auch weniger Miete). Und die Daten sind flexibel, es wäre möglich im Februar (oder März nach Absprache) 2025 die Wohnung zu mieten.

It is a 2 rooms apartment on the 2nd floor in a quiet street near the Rathaus Lichtenberg, just 3 minutes far away from U- and S-Bahn „Frankfurter Allee“. Just 1 minutes away there is also a tram, and you can find supermarkets, spätis, bakery around the corner and also there s a nearby park where you can hang out with friends and family. Friedrichshain is in the neighbourhood, which is lively with weekly market, restaurants, bars, cafés and shops.

The apartment has a lot of light and one balcony. It is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom there is a 180x130cm doublebed.

I rent it out from 03. february to end of feb or in march 2025. Its still flexible.

The apartment is ideal for one person. Please note that the property can be rented out to a maximum of two persons. And please not that it is a non-smoking apartment.
