Der Alexanderplatz ist ca. 3.000 Meter entfernt, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie U-Bahn und S-Bahn sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen(Warschauer Straße).

Friedrichshain is extremely popular as residential area for young people and students for the colorful youth and culture scene. Berlin standards here lives a very young population. The apartment is located in the Simon Dach Straße, full of restaurants, cafes and bars. Here you can have all the conditions for an excellent inner city housing and life. The Alexanderplatz is about 3.000 meters away and public transport such as metro and tram are fast and easy to reach walking (S+U Warschauer Straße).
