Ich bin für etwa drei Wochen nicht in Berlin und vermiete deshalb meine Wohnung (10. April - 2. Mai).
Ich suche einen sehr saubere und ordentliche Person(en), die sorgfältig mit der Wohnung umgeht.
Die Miete ist 900 Euro warm.
Alle Kosten, incl. Internet WI-FI / WLAN im Preis enthalten, die Wohnung ist voll möbliert in einer zentraler und sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist auf dem 1en. Stock im Hinterhof, dank dessen ist es nachst sehr leise. Altbau, renoviert, wie neu und sauber.
Die nächste Tram Haltestelle (M8, M6, M5) ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Ubahn (U5) ist 7 min entfernt.
An der gleicher Kreuzung wie das Haus befindet sich ein Lidl. Edeka und Post ist ca 5min Fußweg entfernt.
Kaution: 300 Euro.
Nur für Nichtraucher und bitte keine Haustiere.

Im leaving Berlin for ca 3 weeks and would like to sub rent my flat (10 april - 2 may).
Im looking for a clean and tidy person that treats my flat and things with respect.
The rent is 900 Euro.
All costs are inclusive, wift, the place is fully furnished etc.
Its very good connected, the metro (M8, M5, M6) is ca 3min away and the Ubahn (U5) 7 min.
Right next to the building theres a Lidl. Edeka and post office is ca 5min walking distance too.
Deposit: 300 Euro
Only non smokers and no pets please.
