We offer our beautiful, light and quiet, family-owned apartment situated in the much sought-after Samariterquarter in Berlin.
The apartment is on the 4th floor (hinterhaus) which means a lot of natural light streams through the Altbau style window frames right throughout the day. Its 3m high ceilings provide a lot of space and breathing room, while the original wooden floorboards give the apartment an authentic Berlin feel.
The apartment has a modern kitchen (with included oven, washing machine, fridge / freezer) and boiler - both installed in 2015. It also comes with a moderately-sized cellar, as well as plenty of space to lock your bike in the hinterhof.
My fiancé and I have absolutely loved living here for the last five years – it’s perfect for a young professional couple.
We’re looking for a long-term renter, for at least 6 months. Bills such as: gas, electricity, GHZ, internet etc. are not included.
The area itself has so much to offer with regard to amazing restaurants, lively evening and daytime atmosphere, nearby parks, supermarkets, local amenities as well as great connections with the U + S Bahn around Berlin (just 15 minutes to Alexanderplatz with the U5).
